Processing time begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed during normal business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:

These delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped and should be considered approximate rather than guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier operations, seasonal demand, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Certain remote areas, islands, and rural locations may require additional delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available.
For certain international destinations, tracking updates may be limited while the package is in transit or awaiting customs processing. This does not necessarily indicate that the shipment has stopped moving.

FurlyWell is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned by the shipping carrier if:
